Please allow 1-2 business days for processing once your order has been placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. We will charge a $15 fee for any undelivered or refused shipments to cover return delivery and processing fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund. To avoid an undelivered or returned package, please ensure that the address you’ve indicated is correct.

If you wish to return a product, please return within 15 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will only be given for products that have not been tampered with or used. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
